My story

A French citizen, I have lived in Russia, Germany and France. These life experiences have helped me develop my ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and contributed to my desire to help those in difficulty.

My practice

I provide a safe, benevolent environment for listening and therapy, fully mobilizing my curiosity, creativity and energy to maximize the benefit to my clients. Therapy is available in French, English and Russian.

Ethical considerations

I pursue continued training on a regular basis. My practice is supervised and I adhere to the code of conduct and ethical standards implemented by the French trade association for practitioners of relational psychotherapy and psychoanalysis (SNPPsy).

My clients

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, children and adolescents from all horizons. I make a point of respecting the singularity of each client - their values and differences - as we work together through a process designed to activate that person’s own resources, desires and autonomy so they can live life to the fullest.

In my view, each person possesses the inner resources to be able to find their own way forward, even when life seems to make no sense.

Each couple is unique and always evolving. I assist with the co-creation of a new take on a couple’s relationship, which might help revitalize it or highlight the need for a separation. Restoring healthy communication makes it possible for couples to move towards relational autonomy.

I provide a  confidential and safe yet flexible environment for therapy. A flexible approach is better suited to help adolescents learn to cope with emotional issues, recover their bearings and their sense of inner security.

Flexible rates according to the situation, 70 to 170 euros depending on the type and duration of the sessions.
